PORTERET BEAULIEU INDUSTRIE (PBI)

The Company History

PBI was created through the fusion of two companies : PORTERET and BEAULIEU, both having a long experience in the field of high temperature insulation.

 Today PBI is an independent French company which employs 85 people in the field of high temperature insulation/sealing materials as well as glass contact engineering, refractory Conveyor Rolls and liquid filtration.

 Leader in Millboard, the company exports up to 60% of its NEFALIT paper and millboard through out the world.

The braiding, weaving and tailor made confection of glass, ceramic and other non-asbestos fibres are constantly being developed to be able to answer and sometime anticipate the needs of the clients.

 We also developed a strong know-how in liquid filtration solution, under BEAULIEU FILTRATION brand, together with innovating products largely acknowledged by users.

Strategically Located near a key resource for qualitative production, pure water coming from the second French resurgence, PBI is about 30km north-east of Dijon and within easy reach of the main European communication network (90 minutes from Paris in TGV).
