Our leading products NEFACIER 1500 & NEFACIER 1500 HF have proven to be very performing non-asbestos materials for APL (Annealing Pickling Line) roll cladding.

The rolls used in the furnace sections of these treatment lines are typically exposed to thermal cycles, combined with the wear effect, inherent in the strip / plate annealing process.

Thanks to their fine-tuned composition and wear-resistance, allied with a specified assembly procedure, NEFACIER 1500 & NEFACIER 1500 HF are designed for enduring thermal cycles and mechanical stress. Our materials’ performance have several times surpassed by far that of popular material such as asbestos fiberboards.

NEFINOX HTG has been developed in order to anticipate clients’ expectations in terms of Health & Safety regulations. The components of this innovative millboard have been selected for their safe classification.

PBI provides adequate responses to the specific operating conditions of various roll positions, such as "up and down" rolls, "carrousel" i.e. "revolver" rolls, etc.
